I have completed a Bsc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University in London.  I work from an eclectic approach and draw on various evidence based theories and techniques, including humanistic, integrative and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).  How I work will depend on what is best for you at any one time.  Most important is that we build a collaborative working relationship where you feel safe to explore what is happening for you right now.  Are you experiencing stress, depression or low mood?  Do you have relationship difficulties, lack self confidence or feel stuck?  Would you like to make changes, understand yourself and your problems better and foster fulfilling and happy  relationships?    I am available to support you through whatever life stage or circumstances you find yourself coping with at this time.    I also facilitate personal development process groups as well as groups for specific issues such as anxiety or depression. Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually on a weekly basis. I aim to provide a safe space in which clients can explore their difficulties, gain new insights about themselves and work towards a more enriching life.
