Hello, I’m Eimear Scully and I’ve been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in Leixlip village for almost 15 years. I have a depth of knowledge and experience in many areas including childhood trauma, attachment, co-dependency, adoption, relationships, difficult dynamics within family relationships, workplace issues, stress, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, depression, existential and transpersonal issues. I'm trained to be able to help you process whatever issue is troubling you. If you’ve been feeling stuck, confused or alone these feelings are more common than you may realise. It helps to understand, process and reframe the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that have brought you here and how we can work to resolve them together. I believe that each person is completely unique and will require an individual treatment approach. While I’m trained in person-centred integrative therapy, I also have extensive experience using mindfulness based approaches to build personal awareness and the life skills you will need to effectively deal with whatever arises in your life.
