How can Counselling help me?
Exploring difficult experiences can help gain an understanding of why we are the way we are and provide a new perspective for the future. Sometimes it can just be the opportunity to talk freely, saying things in confidence to a counsellor that you have never been able to say to close friends, partner or family, that can be beneficial.
Counselling & psychotherapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues and difficulties (for e.g.. anxiety, trauma, low self confidence, low self esteem, anger, bereavement) and the process involved is short or long term depending on what you feel you need.
My aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which to explore whatever it is you wish to discuss.
