About Vive Counselling and Psychotherapy
As a fully accredited psychotherapist and qualified
nutritional therapist, I work with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and difficulties
related to food and eating. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed,
drawing on a range of methods depending on what feels most helpful for you.
I use approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), ADHD-informed strategies, mindfulness, and, where relevant,
consideration of lifestyle and nutrition and how these interact with mental
health. My aim is to offer therapy that is both supportive and practical,
equipping people with insights, skills, and tools they can continue to use
beyond our sessions.
For those looking to work on a specific issue or decision, I
also offer longer, one-off sessions (often referred to as single-session
therapy).
All sessions take place online on a one-to-one basis. I work
with adults and older teenagers (16+) across Ireland.
