My induction into the field of mental health began in 1998, where I was introduced to the great masters of psychology. From my extensive studies and training since then, I have gained a profound insight into the complexity of the human mind and the nature of behaviour. I have seen into the core of human suffering, but more importantly, into the vast scale of human potential. My primary guide for my clinical practise is based on the principle of ‘wholeness’. From both a personal and professional perspective, I have identified that quality health is totally reliant on the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person, being in a balanced and harmonious state. My academic qualifications include:
(Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
By drawing on various elements from the Humanistic, Cognitive/Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Existential psychologies, I have developed a very powerful and comprehensive model of therapy. From our success rate, our integrative approach proves to be a pre-requisite for effective therapy, and for facilitating permanent change. I am a fully accredited counsellor, psychotherapist with the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). Our counsellors are IACP approved, and comply with the association’s code of ethics and professional practice.

While we are committed to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, we provide an environment of trust and safety that is conducive to self-exploration, and a deeper level of inner truth and self-acceptance. We are secure in the knowledge that individuals hold within themselves all the resources to heal, but we are also aware that sometimes a little help is needed to find the way. We draw on our broad theoretical base and translate it into practice, where we tailor-fit therapeutic interventions to fit each client’s needs.
