Best You Counselling and Psychotherapy offers a broad range of confidential counselling and psychotherapy services. Depending on your location, sessions can be conducted either in person, online or by phone. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to get to your appointment so we provide early morning (before working hours) evening and weekend appointments as well as standard daytime slots. Those living in different time zones will also be accommodated as best we can! In life unfortunately we will all have difficult experiences at one time or another - it is part of the contract of being alive. We are often unaware that it can be the meanings we unconsciously take forward from negative experiences, rather than the experience itself, that can be most unhelpful to us. While it can be difficult at times to speak about our problems, the process of therapy can be extremely rewarding and insights gained can have ongoing and positive impacts in all areas of your life.   Liz Buckley trained in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the IICP and the Northside Counselling Centre working in community based settings. She has also completed training in Gestalt with the Dublin Gestalt Centre. She is accredited with the IACP and has worked in Private Practice in North County Dublin during the past ten years.
