A fully qualified and accredited  counsellor, working from an integrative framework, Clair offers her clients a warm, open, safe space where they can explore and resolve issues that are causing pain and discomfort in their lives in a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Working in private practice and a secondary school, Clair provides one to one therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults. Clair also offers online counselling.

I can't recommend Clair enough! She has helped me in huge ways, she helped me unlock behaviours, thoughts and feelings I suffered with since a child. She helped me understand better and gave me tools and strategies to deal with my anxiety, depression and view of self. She is kind, compassionate and an excellent listener.

Biography:

A fully qualified counsellor, working from an integrative framework, Clair offers her clients a warm, open, safe space were they can explore and resolve issues that are causing pain and dis-comfort in their lives in a supported, non-judgemental and confidential environment. 

Working in private practice in both Dublin City Centre and Lucan, Clair provides one to one therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults. She also counsels in a secondary school in Ballyfermot. Alongside her therapeutic work Clair lectures on the Diploma and Degree programme in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Studies at IICP, Tallaght. 

Qualifications: 

BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy, Dip. Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy,  Professional Certificate in Crisis Pregnancy Counselling. 

Clair is trained in Person Centred, Choice Theory /Reality Therapy and uses an Integrative approach in her therapy, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy and Mindfulness. Clair is also a qualified Special Needs Assistant. 

Clair is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MIACP) and follows their Code of Ethics.
