Mindworthy Counselling & Psychotherapy Clinic is a private practice in Dún Laoghaire (Patrick Street), offering counselling and psychotherapy for adults. I support people experiencing anxiety, burnout, low mood, stress, and relationship or family difficulties. I also have particular experience in perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postnatal), cancer and health-related concerns, and grief and bereavement. My approach is warm, practical and collaborative, providing a confidential space to make sense of what’s happening, reduce overwhelm, and move towards meaningful change.
