The Area Mentis Centre provides psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and psychological services for any individual experiencing mental pain.Our practitioners have dedicated their lives to the study of how people think, act and communicate.Talking is the cornerstone of the treatment the purpose of which is to learn about oneself. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from University College Cork having completed four years of training in Turning Point Training Institute. I am an  accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (I.A.H.I.P).
