About Reborn Dublin Psychotherapy

I am graduated Psychologist Basic Grade (BA in Psychology, member of PSI) and qualified Psychotherapist (BA in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Prof. Dip. in Psych. and Couns. fully accredited member of IACP). I am also pursuing Master of Science in Applied Psychology with graduation being planned for September 2020. My practice is placed on North Circular Rd just beside st. Peter's Cathedral, North side of Dublin. I offer also online counselling (text, email, video calls) delivered mostly over the weekends.
My work focus includes anxiety, depression, bereavement, mood/personality disorders, anger management, self esteem, relationships (not couple therapy), addictions and many more. The group I work with includes adults and youth (17+). I am a volunteer counselor with Dublin Simon Community where I have an opportunity and a privilege to become an emotional and psychological support for vulnerable and/or marginalized people. I am very happy and proud to share that I have been awarded with Dublin Simon Community Volunteering Award (2019).
My personal therapeutic style integrates various techniques from different theoretical backgrounds however my main core relates to the one of the most researched therapeutic approaches such as CBT, like also REBT and Schema Therapy with consistent humanistic fundamentals throughout a process.
