I am a registered psychologist, with an MSc in Psychotherapy from the UCD School of Medicine, an MA in Addiction Studies and over ten years formal training within the field of mental health. Heather (MA, MIAHIP, MIACP) is an accredited psychotherapist with 10 years experience, working with couples, adults and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. She works in a humanistic integrative way  focusing on the primacy of the therapeutic relationship. Her background in art and design has facilitated her in practicing in a creative way ensuring safety and sensitivity to all ages and favouring elements of gestalt and mindfulness to assist clients when necessary.     She provides long-term therapy to clients who have experienced childhood developmental trauma, eating disorders, CSA and clerical abuse. Alternatively, she provides short-term therapy for those engaging in EAP work.
