I recently had some counselling sessions with Aidan for panic attacks. Aidan is very understanding, approachable and most of all very easy to talk to. He makes you feel at ease right from the beginning and does his utmost best at all times to reassure you and help you understand your own thought processes. I was very apprehensive about counselling in general in the beginning as I feared it would be very formal, all note taking and analyzing everything I did. However this is not the case as to me, it just feels like I am having a nice chat. I think this is why you can feel at ease right from the beginning with Aidan.
From having these sessions I can see a great improvement in my own behaviour, which I am delighted about. Aidan has helped me to control and monitor my panic attacks, which I'm very happy to say have decreased immensely since starting the sessions with him.
I would highly recommend Aidan to anyone considering counselling.
Was chosen as part of an Employee Assistance program offered by my Employer. The place is easy to find being in Dublin City Centre, not far from St Stephens Green where the sessions take place on the top floor of the building.
