I work with adults in on a one to one basis in Fairview Therapy Centre located in Dublin 3. I run a confidential and non judgemental service in a safe and comfortable space. Some of the issues include - Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Stress, Self-Esteem, Trauma It can be very difficult to reach out and seek help, and incredibly courageous once you make that first step. Whether you are experiencing an emotional turmoil, a deep despair, a trauma, or simply need to talk to someone who will not pass judgement, I am here to listen and help you work through your issues.
