It wasn't easy for me to admit I needed helpLisafitzgeraldcounselling, Ireland, 27 08 15

I made an appointment with Lisa for anger issues and feeling stressed at work. It was beginning to have a real impact on my life and particularly my relationships. I didn't like who I was becoming. I would definitely recommend Lisa to a friend and I found her price at €50 a session to be very reasonable...the best investment in myself! It wasn't easy for me to admit I needed help but I am very glad that I did and even more pleased that it was Lisa that I choose. She really helped me gain some insight, gave me very practical tips on managing my anger and I felt I could trust her.

One on one therapy I found Sandymount Psychotherapy an incredible service. I needed some support in understanding my current challenges and why I always seemed to stop myself from facing what I needed. My therapist, Karina, was incredible and allowed me understand my behaviour and how to evolve, moving forward rather than backwards.

Felt relaxed and well after my treatment.Guida, Dublin, 29 07 15

I suffered from depression for many years. He was approachable, explained everything that I asked, and the session was very straight forward. I felt relaxed and well afterward, and It has had a great impact on my life. I find Mr. Anders a very good professional, helpful, easy going, and most of everything, human and honest. I attended at Mr. Anders house. I was apprehensive, but afterward I thought it was as good as. The space is nice and relaxing, and I was back for a next session which felt as good. I provide a strictly confidential non judgmental environment and work from an integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective.Counselors work in different ways and can have training in different areas and theories so it is important to find the right counselor to suit you. Before choosing a counselor It can be helpful to have an initial phone conversation with a few counselors to get a sense of how they work, and discuss any concerns you may have. I am happy to talk to you on the phone, without any commitment on your part.
Anger Management €60
Anger is a feeling that we all experience, an emotion which is neither good or bad, it is what you do with that anger that counts.  If you are unable to express your anger in a healthy way it can lead to problems in your life. If your anger is having a negative impact on your life it is possible to learn techniques to manage your anger and express it in a healthy way.
