Fantastic value for moneyAoife, Ireland, 05 11 15

Went to counselling for issues around my self-image and feeling insecure. I felt under huge pressure to be 'perfect' and it was beginning to have an impact on my relationships and lead to a lot of stress in work. I would recommend Lisa to anybody. It was fantastic value for money. My first impression of Lisa was very positive. She creates an environment of trust, non judgement and total openness. I talked about things I never really explored before and she challenged my thinking in a kind way when I needed it.

I was a bit sceptical at first but for the first time ever am craving free for nearly six monthGlenn, Ireland, 03 04 20

For me, it has been a life-changer. After 23 years on and off the cigarettes I feel free for the first time. I was a bit sceptical at first but for the first time ever am craving free for nearly six month. The longest I'd been off previously was just over two years but the cravings got me back on ever time. Thanks to the class I am seeing the benefits now with the lungs starting to really clear up.

His approach is oriented to achieving practical results and changing everyday life for the betterMichele, Ireland, 09 03 19

I contacted Marcello in March 2018 because I was dealing with a strong fear of flying and I was avoiding to take aeroplanes for 1 year (during which I worked with other professionals with no success). Four months after I started to fly again, and I took 5 flights before the end of the year. We worked a lot on the connections between fear and my life so that I learned a lot about how to manage myself in many difficult situations. I believe that Marcello has great talent as a psychotherapist. I liked a lot the fact that his approach is oriented to achieving practical results and changing everyday life for the better. Highly recommended!

Personal therapy is a way in which an individual can address any issue in their lives that is causing them distress. Each person, in their own unique way, has the potential to overcome their present difficulties. CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy €70 - €90
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has been the most widely researched therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that involves addressing a person’s problematic thinking styles and behaviors. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion), and how we act (behaviour) all interact together. Specifically, our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior. Therefore, negative thoughts can cause us distress and result in problems. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps people to develop alternative viewpoints in order to tackle their problems. Developing alternative viewpoints is the cornerstone of the CBT principle that there is always more than one way of seeing things and therefore a person chooses their own viewpoint. This type of therapy has been found to be helpful in: AnxietyPanic attackDepressionAcrophobia and other phobiasSocial phobiasBulimiaObsessive compulsive disorderPost traumatic stress disorderStressRelationship problems When we change the way we think for the better, this in turn, contributes to how we view and react to situations around us. It also helps to bring new clarity of thought to help make better decisions for ourselves and others.
