Ruth Alvey Counselling and Psychotherapy

Ruth Alvey, M.I.A.C.P, is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in private practice in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and also in Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2.   Ruth graduated with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P).

Ruth provides a safe and confidential therapeutic space for one to one counselling for clients seeking support with issues which may include:

Ruth also has extensive working knowledge in the field of Adoption which encompasses the complexities of the Adoption Triad,  the birth mother, the adoptee and the adoptive parents.

Through the therapeutic relationship, Ruth endeavours to gain a deeper understanding of the clients thoughts, feelings and behaviours which may be impacting on their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
