I started seeing Ravind after a number of bad experiences with other counselors & their methods. It was my one last attempt at getting one to one help for my severe anxiety & panic attacks. I'm glad I did. Ravind has been amazing! A proper counselor that actually interacts with you instead of just letting you waffle on without getting any real results. Whilst it's a gradual ongoing process, I feel hundreds time better than I did when I first walked through the door. I can honestly say that without meeting Rav, I don't know how I'd have been able to get through the last year. I cannot recommend him enough. The clinic is great & I have recommended it to others that have all given positive feedback about their experiences.

My treatment was to understand how I could get myself out of a bad place mentally. I was struggling to turn things around in my life. Mairead was very understanding, a great listener and helpful. Experience was great and would highly recommend Mairead to anyone. Really comforting environment, safe and be able to speak your mind.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet Katie. For the 1st time last month. The Treatment I got was out of this world. It was a joy to meet Katie. I felt relaxed with her. I was able to open up as well. Thanks to my Team in the opd Clonskeagh Hospital Dublin 6. I am very greatful to my team for put me in contact with Katie. l look forward to seeing Kaite every week. Katie go's though everything step by step. As for the Treatment she tells me to what to do. Before I meet Katie again. It was hard to find at the start last month. Now I know where to get off and on. The Clinic was nice and clean meeting Katie was a joy to be hold my team gave me the details of the Somers Psychotherapy. It's was relaxing in the room. Katie explained the way the Clinic work's step by step as a new comer to the clinic.. Katie is one in million to have on your team. As for myself I look forward to seeing Kaite every week. Mr. Mc Neive has guided me through anxiety and depression issues. I found him easy to talk to and extremely patient. His suggestions on mindfulness and tips on meditation have been an invaluable resource. However, it was his sessions that I found to be the most helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and colleagues alike. I found the fee extremely fair. I found the clinic easy to find and perfectly fine.

It’s so hard accepting that you need help and making the first step. I can safely say, it was easily the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. John has literally pulled me back from the edge and is making me look forward to living again and the future. My mindset now is starting to change. Instead of ‘this is my life for good’ I think ‘this is my life for now’. I’m learning that things will change and it’s not just a saying. Do the work as best you can. It really is one baby step at a time and John is with you through it all. He has saved my life. His thirst for life rubs off very quickly. I am so happy I chose Building Bridges.
