The treatment I received was excellent

5 50 Psychotherapy • Paid: €50

The treatment I received was excellent. I went down to talk about my feelings, the depression, the stress and feeling anxious.

I would certainly tell a friend about it. Mairead would listen and would be able to give advice on how you are feeling. I found what she said was very reassuring and when I was in the right frame of mind or just sitting there listening to what she was saying, it would make sense and I would go home saying that I can do this and put it into place.

It was close to home. And if I wanted to walk down, I could. First impressions were that the room was lovely and cosy, very friendly, comfortable and very welcoming.

If I have to go again, I would certainly go back down to the Round Tower Psychotherapy and Counselling. Always very welcoming, nice relaxing room to be in. Would tell any one to go down and give it a try for a couple of times. Mairead is a very friendly person. One thing that I found great and lovely was I always got a hug at the end of the session. To me that was wonderful. That hug means a lot to me. Even though I don't hug a lot. There in that moment it means a lot.

I was struggling to turn things around in my life

5 50 Psychotherapy

My treatment was to understand how I could get myself out of a bad place mentally. I was struggling to turn things around in my life.
Mairead was very understanding, a great listener and helpful.

Experience was great and would highly recommend Mairead to anyone.
Really comforting environment, safe and be able to speak your mind.

Opening whole lot of new points of views on areas inside me I hardly ever realised existed

5 50 Psychotherapist Consultation

I just had a one, starting session. It was a friendly chat, without any judgement, but opening whole lot of new points of views on areas inside me I hardly ever realised existed. Definitely recommend Mairead to anyone who wants to talk about serious stuff in super friendly manner.

One of the reasons I chose that clinic was that Mairead had great bio description showing her high skills level, as well as giving some view on the overall educational background (however I've no idea what the frameworks she mentioned mean :)). I recommend that to everyone. Great person to talk to.

I feel so much stronger in myself now and I'm very thankful for that

5 50 Psychotherapist Consultation

I attended counselling with Mairead for a couple of months and I found it so helpful during a difficult time in my life. Mairead is objective and empathic so I felt completely at ease when speaking about my emotions with her. She offered fantastic advice, guidance and gave practical emotion management skills to work with at home when I needed them. I feel so much stronger in myself now and I'm very thankful for that.

The clinic feels welcoming, it's a calming environment to feel comfortable in.

It was great to talk and have someone listen

5 50 Paid: €300

My treatment great. We broke me down and built me back which has given me the tools and strength to deal with the issues I am facing. I now feel I have the strength to deal with the challenges that will be in my life.

My experience was one of being made very welcoming and made me very relaxed. The team were excellent and very understanding to what I was going through. I was given the time to explain how I felt and it was great to talk and have someone listen

Great clinic, easy to get to with lots of different parking options available. Very close to a bus route too so handy for those that don't drive. Lots of different times available to suit people. Highly recommended and result driven.

Biography:
I believe in creating a safe space for clients that is free of judgement. I create an environment where clients can go through their issues, feelings and thoughts at their own pace. I believe everyone has the potential to change and make changes. My counselling skills allow me to give time and space for the client to heal and grow. I have experience working with various issues with people from various backgrounds. Through my own personal experiences and ongoing education I believe I have the capacity to walk beside the client through whatever issue they may be having. My theoretical background is integrative with a person-centred core. I use a series of theoretical frame works to suit the client in different situations, these frame works would include Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (this work includes working with thoughts, emotion, sensation, movement, 5 sense perception), Humanistic, Gestalt, Choice, Psychodynamic, CBT and Mindfulness. I work with various theories so it will enable me to help a client in any situation.
