Clare O’Brien, Psychotherapist.

BA (hons) Psych., Prof. Cert. in Suicide Studies, Cert. in Counselling skills, MSc (hons) Couns.

Clare is a professionally trained psychotherapist and fully accredited with PSI. She has worked with Pieta House, a charity for the prevention of self harm and suicide for several years, as well as with Aspen Counselling; a low cost counselling centre.

Clare has worked privately since 2012 and 

specialises in working with children and teenagers as well as adults. She believes that present behaviours can be linked to past behaviours and shifted. She mixes psychodynamic theory with humanistic theory for a well informed approach to counselling and psychotherapy.
