I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

We are using Leigh-Anne to help with an affair. She is very softly spoken and polite and definitely knows what she is talking about.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

I was suffering from Anxiety when I started speaking with Liz. Within the first few minutes of our first session, I felt comfortable enough to really open up and express my deepest feelings - ones that I found it hard to access by myself! I couldn't recommend her services enough.

First session last night and impressions are very good. I feel confident I will get the help I need.

Audrey has supported our 15 year old daughter and ourselves via video link for the past year via her private practice. She has diagnosed our daughter and made recommendations for her care that have enable our daughter to make huge strides in her ability to cope with the world of today. Sometimes Audrey has given feedback or made recommendations that have been difficult to hear but these have always been in the best interests of our daughter and although we didn't always agree with her, she was invariably right in her assessments.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.
