I have been seeing Siobhan for well over a year now and for the first time, I have someone who listens. I’ve been through a few different people in my life and always had bad experiences. It’s refreshing to finally find someone that actually helps me.

Professional, caring team, the doctor performed a thorough diagnosis. I have faith in this clinic.

I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

First meeting with Leigh-Anne and was very good. Was made to feel relaxed throughout the hour we talked.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

I was suffering from Anxiety when I started speaking with Liz. Within the first few minutes of our first session, I felt comfortable enough to really open up and express my deepest feelings - ones that I found it hard to access by myself! I couldn't recommend her services enough.

While not wishing to disclose the reason for my visiting Siobhan. I would like to say she is very professional, inquisitive and where required direct in dealing with the issues that both myself and my partner were experiencing, I was recommended to me by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any of my friends who find themselves in need of professional guidance and counselling.

I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.

I have been seeing Audrey for the past 7 years. Even though I was an older teenager when I first went to her, she supported myself and my parents immeasurably through some very difficult times in my life. She diagnosed me with autism and has guided me through many life experiences and phases and I have felt comfort knowing that she was there for me to speak to if I needed. Not only has my mental health transformed, but I feel as though I know myself a million times better than I did before I met her. Even though she can sometimes be blunt and speaks the truth even if its hard to hear, I believe her methods have made me think much more clearly and in perspective than previously. I have gone from a scared and confused teenager to a graduate with a job and a long-term partner. I know for certain my life would look very different without Audrey's guidance and help, and I will be forever thankful to her.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

So glad we found Eileen. My daughter attends her and after a bad experience with CBT in another practice, this had to work. My daughter is so happy and looks forward to her appointments. Thank you Eileen.

I have monthly LDM massage appointments with Katy. What can I say? I don't particularly like being touched and I have total trust and confidence in Katy. She is a great masseur and a wonderful lady. I certainly wouldn't go to anyone else. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
