About Dynamic You: CBT - Kentish Town

We Offer Quick Access To Effective & Evidence-Based Psychological Treatments For Emotional Problems And Life Issues From Our 3 London Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Clinics.

Our small team of expert team of Therapists and Psychologists are led at our Kentish Town Clinic by Alex Hedger.

Our team are highly qualified and have a wealth of experience in treating common life problems such as Depression, Anxiety and Stress.  We are able to compassionately and gently offer talking therapies for difficulties that may have started recently through to longer standing issues.

Unlike other clinics, we only use clinically recommended Psychological Therapies (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that are designed to produce effective results and long-lasting treatment benefits.

All of our team hold post graduate level clinical training together with accreditation by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).  This is a significant point as it ensures that our staff hold the highest level of accreditation possible for Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and mental health treatment.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the recommended treatment for problems such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Post Natal Depression
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Panic Attacks
  • Specific phobias
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Eating Disorders
  • Bi-polar Affective Disorder
  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Worry
We believe that therapy should be quickly accessible and as flexible to your needs as possible.  That is why we can usually offer appointments within 48 hours and have a range of treatment options such as treatment at one of our clinics, at home or via online sessions with one of our therapists.
