About Rita G Health Psychology
When life feels overwhelming, even small changes can have a powerful impact.
If you're feeling stressed, struggling to create healthier habits, or simply looking to improve your wellbeing, I'm here to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
As a Health Psychology Practitioner with a BA (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology, I am passionate about helping people understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical health. I use evidence-based psychological approaches to support adults in improving their emotional wellbeing, reducing stress, preventing burnout, improving sleep, and building healthier habits.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I recognise that every person's circumstances are different, so I tailor each consultation to your individual goals, helping you make realistic changes that fit your life rather than striving for perfection.
In addition to one-to-one consultations, I provide workplace wellbeing programmes, organisational wellbeing initiatives, and psychoeducational workshops, helping individuals and organisations create healthier, more resilient environments.
Investing in your wellbeing is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself. If you're ready to make positive, lasting changes, I'm here to support you in taking that first step.
