I am a basketball player and I had an injury. After that, I had an acl surgery. It was a very difficult period for me. I was wondering if I would ever be the same. But during the treatment process, the support I received was incredible. As a result of the treatment, I returned to the field as before. My doctor and his team were awesome, they knows very well how to approach an athlete.

I knew I was in the right place. My neighbour has been going to BodyWell for treatment for nearly 8 weeks and I have watched her health improve significantly. I have had neck pain, pins and needles and hormonal issues for months, so much so that it was disturbing my sleep and energy levels throughout the day. So decided to pick up the phone and from the very first phone call, I felt at ease. The staff answered all of my questions and whilst they sounded really busy, were able to book an appointment for consultation within 4 days. I went along and had a free consultation with Dr. Christian and then had some other diagnostic tests, x-rays, nerve scans and examination of my neck. It was fascinating but also a real learning curve. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. I felt comfortable and in comparison with previous specialist appointments, I felt I was in the right place since starting treatment, my neck pain has gone and so have the pins and needles. I have noticed a change in hormonal issues and have also seen the BodyWell Nutritionist, who was excellent. The whole Centre looks at your entire health and not just the symptoms. They address the cause and don't fob you off with a prescription or pills, but update my GP on my progress. Really thorough and caring. If you are looking for something that provides a higher standard of care and are willing to pay for it, then this is the place you should consider. Wish you well!

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Cannot recommend Brian of The Cottage Clinic enough! I went in with really bad knee pain at the start of a weight loss program that required an hour’s walk every day. I could barely go up the stairs at home at that stage. 12 weeks on and after regular treatment from Brian, I am walking well over an hour a day and I totally forget the pain some days! Brian is very thorough, knowledgeable and explains the treatment in depth at the start. Anyone with pain should give it a go. Thank you, Brian.
