Ankle Injury Treatment Huddersfield

Extremely thorough and everything was explained to me. Have had an on going hamstring issue and I felt better after my first treatment and first week of exercises. Better again after week two!

I am a really active person and a lot of my gym routine involves lifting weights. I severely damaged the ligaments in my ankle on May 19 (trampolining of all things) and was really worried it was going to mean I wouldn't be able to lift weights or go running as much or for as long as I would want to move forward. Paul assured me that this wouldn't be the case if we consistently worked on mobility and I did the exercises that he gave me. I was back on my feet and walking normally in a much shorter period than expected and I was able to progress my lifting and go running with no problems at all within 6 months. I still do the exercises/stretches Paul gave me to do before working out as when I don't I do feel the tightness in my ankle. Paul was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, he was really reassuring of my worries that I would forever have a 'weak ankle' which is absolutely not the case.
