All our staff are members of the health professions council and are highly effective experienced specialised Chartered Physiotherapists. Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation

After trying various previous physios I'd not received the treatment specific for me and left that they just fobbed me off with the same exercises. However with Mirfield Pro Therapy they were very specific for my needs! They listened to me and took their time to understand my specific physio needs! Never looked back and would highly recommend Mirfield Pro Therapy to all my friends and family!!! Thank you Richard

Biography:

Richard graduated from The University of Salford in 2002 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy and in 2010 gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practice from The University of Bradford.

A career into physiotherapy soon began in 1998 after having had a professional football career with Huddersfield Town AFC cut short due to a serious knee injury.

Since graduating, Richard has worked in varied  clincal settings within the NHS and private practice specialising in musculoskeletal injuries. He developed a particular interest of sporting injuries whilst working for Sheffield Wednesday Football Club before working extensively across Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust and private practice.

Completion of a Post Graduate Certificate at The University of Bradford in 2010 has led his further interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal shoulder pain and spinal conditions.

As Clinical director, Richard combines a busy case load with business management and development. He is passionate about all aspects of Mirfield Pro Therapy.
