Clive Rushton MCSP HPC graduated with distinction in 1984. Further training in Orthopaedic Medicine developed his keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Following several years working within the NHS and considerable experience as Physiotherapist to many local and international sports events Clive began his move into private practice.

Biography:
Alison is a Clinical Consultant in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Castle Physiotherapy. Her clinical and research interests are focused to low back pain, neck pain and Whiplash Associated Disorder. 
Alison is also a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy, at the University of Birmingham and is the Physiotherapy Research Lead in the Nursing and Physiotherapy Department. Alison has worked within education since 1993 with a focus to teaching and research in the specialist area of musculoskeletal / manipulative physiotherapy. 
Alison is active in the development of manipulative physiotherapy as a specialist area of physiotherapy through her clinical consultancy, teaching on the MSc Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy programme, and her research that is focused to musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the professional development of musculoskeletal physiotherapists. 
Alison is Chair of the Standards Committee of the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), which is the international organisation that sets standards for international practice in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is an active member and fellow of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), on the Editorial Board of the Manual Therapy journal, and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s Research and Development Committee.

Biography:
Paul graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. At present he is studying for a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine. He is presently working in private practice, the NHS and a local Premier League Football Club, where he has worked for the last 11 years. Paul completed a Diploma in the Football Association Treatment and Management of football injuries in 2002. He has a special interest in sport injuries and works with high level footballers on a regular basis rehabilitating them back to full fitness.
