My daughter treated me to a massage ( deep tissue ) for my 60th birthday. What a brilliant, relaxing experience. Really felt like it was doing me the world of good, can't remember the therapist's name but she was lovely and very knowledgeable about her profession Can't wait to go again

I've been seeing the physiotherapist, Dan, for the last few weeks. He gave me treatment and exercises to do at home for my legs, arms and back. None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older. I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer. Of course, he's very professional and pleasant and the surroundings are bright and clean.
