Treatment Received: Deep Tissue Massage,Physiotherapist Consultation
I had a physio session on my back and neck. A full assessment was undertaken before any physio took place. Very professional and friendly physiotherapist. Good value for money.

Local clinic. Good, clean facilities. Will return for future sessions.

Mr Richard Follett

Job Title:

Richard is a Chartered Physiotherapist having graduated from Coventry University with a first class honours degree in 2005. He has worked for the NHS in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire and for several private physiotherapy companies in Newcastle, Manchester and Sheffield. He has been fortunate enough to work with elite sports stars and travel far and wide with National teams helping them all to be Fit4 their sports. He also provides physiotherapy for the elite athletes of the City of Sheffield Swimming Club and the South Yorkshire High performance ‘Beacon’ Swim Squads.

Richard’s experience in the musculoskelteal physiotherapy field means he is also equally at home treating everyday aches, pains and strains from all walks of life.

He has a wide variety of post-graduate training to help assess and treat all sorts of musculo-skeletal conditions. This training includes a Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy, Acupuncture qualification and Kinesio-taping amongst others.

Richard is a former professional footballer turned triathlete and cycling enthusiast. He has gained international honours in football, futsal (5-a-side football) and represented Great Britain at age-group triathlon and so knows what it’s like to be unable to perform at your best or complete your goals due to injury.
