Clare Davison Physiotherapy

 Clare is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and also the Health Professions Council. The Health Professions Council regulates health professionals in the UK in order to protect the public. They register professionals who meet set national standards for training, professional skills and behaviour.  Additional information is available in free leaflet form in the Clinic reception. 

Clare qualified in 2006 to do acupuncture under Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists regulations and in 2008 gained accreditation with the McKenzie Institute for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the spine.  Reviews are completed every 2 years to make sure standards of practice are maintained, this was done in May and June 2011. Clare is on the published UK register with the institute as a credentialled therapist.Clare also recently completed 3 MSc modules, comprising Modules A, B & C of the Society of Medicine Diploma in Musculoskeletal studies at Teesside University and aim to complete the diploma through passing a final exam and assignment in the near future.
