"Very professional"

Treatment Received: Back Pain Treatment
I attended the clinic and met a lady physiotherapist called Zara. Very professional, very experienced, a lovely polite lady who quickly realised the amount of pain I was suffering and after a short question and answer session quickly identified my problem, treatment was activated, and I have booked a course to hopefully dispense with the trouble altogether.

The Liverpool Physiotherapy Centre is an excellent treatment centre. The receptionist is always warm, welcoming and friendly. Zarah, who has carried out my treatment, is a thorough professional. Her excellent physiotherapy treatment is really helping to relieve the pain in my neck and shoulders. The price is very reasonable. I am very happy with this clinic and would recommend it to anyone.

Pilates & physiotherapy

I am extremely happy with the results of both the courses of Pilates and sessions of physiotherapy that I have received. I have been attending the clinic over a period of 3 years and have seen significant results from regular Pilates and from intermittent physiotherapy for specific conditions. I am more mobile, stronger, with improved posture and fitness and do not have pain associated with poor posture. I would recommend the clinic to anyone who wants to start Pilates to improve their health, wellbeing, fitness and strength

I had excellent treatment by a physio called Zarah. I had been to many other physiotherapists, but still had severe pain in my lower back, but Zarah had treated this problem hands on and I had noticed significant improvements. Keep up the good work!! Excellent staff and great clinic!!

Mr Richard Norris

Job Title:
  Physiotherapist
Biography:

Richard Norris (MCSP, AACP, FEA.) qualified from Salford University in 2003 with a first class honours degree in physiotherapy, and is one of the lead clinicians and our in house knee specialist at The Physiotherapy Centre. Prior to embarking on a career in physiotherapy, Richard played football professionally but was forced to retire through injury. It was during this time that he worked closely with Dai Rees; an eminent sports injuries surgeon, and his team of rehabilitation specialists, thus prompting a special interest in this area. Richard has continued to develop these skills and currently holds the post of physiotherapy knee specialist and A&E physiotherapy team lead at Warrington hospital, working alongside Mr Mike McNicholas; consultant orthopaedic knee surgeon and honorary professor at Salford University. He is also one of only 28 assessors worldwide for the unprecedented ACTIVE knee trial, the results of which will be used to guide knee specialists in the most effective treatment techniques for serious knee injury.

Richard treats all the complex lower limb pathologies that present to the clinic. Richard is also able to assess clients for orthotics.
