The practitioners take care to listen and encourage especially to the changing circumstances

5 50 Physical Therapy

Omphysio practice provides excellent care and treatment. I have recently been attending the clinic following general surgery for a quadricep tendon rupture and patella avulsion fracture. The care and attention given across the practice and the various treatments from deep massage, to muscular scar repair and release, and propriocentric exercises to help with the overall recovery have been second to none.

The practitioners take care to listen and encourage especially to the changing circumstances each week as the recovery cycle progresses and changes, and also to listen during the treatment sessions themselves as they work on the affected areas.
I also attended the practice over 10 years ago for a double Achilles tendon rupture. The problem was fixed, has not re-occurred and I have been running pain-free since then.
Overall a thorough recommendation.

Pleasant and friendly practitioner who clearly knew what he was doing

4.5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £40

Ash Bhutani treated me a number of years ago for a hamstring strain picked up on a walking holiday. The condition was painful but Ash was soon able to diagnose the problem and over several sessions of treatment to cure it. Thankfully, it has never recurred, although I still visit Ash from time to time at his various practices in connection with back and shoulder problems, continuing to receive the same top notch treatment. I would recommend the services of Ash and his staff unreservedly.

I chose Ash initially because his was the nearest physio clinic to where I live. First impressions were of a pleasant and friendly practitioner who clearly knew what he was doing. I have continued to be treated by Ash even though he no longer has a clinic in the area where I live.

Monica Tome

Biography:
With a degree in Sports Science (Bsc Hons) and after a career spent in professional swimming, working with major teams, events and facilities, Monica took the decision to return to the performance side of sport by retraining as a sports massage therapist in Portugal. Having previously worked with teams and athletes, Monica quickly built up a reputation as a massage therapist, particularly with professional swimming teams on races such as the Nationals. She also began to work with athletes from a range of sports in-between competition, helping them with recovery, injuries and muscle maintenance. As well as working with sportsmen and women at all levels of competition, Monica believes that sports and massage can equally be of benefit to the less active, not only with injuries but helping them to maintain flexibility and movement and remain active longer. In an ageing population, and one in which desk-based computer working is the norm for many, Monica believes that keeping muscles in good working order through regular massage can significantly improve quality of life.
