About Continuing Community Care

Our Services

At Continuing Community Care (CCC), we offer specialised treatment and rehabilitation services not typically provided by local authorities. Our focus is on hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation, which enhance ongoing treatment by improving mobility, strength, and flexibility for our clients, particularly those with long-term conditions and chronic illnesses. Currently, we serve 130 clients through our hydrotherapy services.
