Alex qualified as a physiotherapist over 10 years ago and has since worked in the NHS, various private clinics around the UK and in ski resorts in Europe. He’s also had the pleasure of working with the cast and crew of productions such as Cirque Du Soleil, Lion King and Stomp. ?Alex is no stranger to the corporate environment, either, having enjoyed physiotherapy roles within Shell Oil, Allen & Overy and Standard Chartered Bank. Alex has a vast array of experience and knowledge, with skill sets he can draw on covering many things, from myofascial release, manual therapy and acupuncture to exercise prescription/strength and conditioning. Outside of heading up TheraSmart, Alex enjoys an active social life and when possible, loves to go snowboarding. He regularly exercises in the gym and runs, and is currently working on perfecting his wakeboarding.
