Peacock Pilates offers either 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 private Pilates sessions designed to transform your body.

Equipment includes the Reformer, Pilates Chair and Cardio Tramp.  

Pilates helps a range of adverse health conditions and also helps to improve flexibility, posture and balance. Late evening and weekend appointments are scheduled for the benefit of those who work full time. The team assesses the health condition of customers and formulates a workout plan to suit individual needs. Pilates is suitable for everyone from elite ahtletes to pre-natal clients.

Pilates helps relieve acute and chronic back pain, helps in injury rehabilitation and relieves pre and post natal conditions.
