fter just a few sessions I felt stronger and could start to lift things

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

Sally Waters has helped me tremendously. I was in excruciating pain in my lower back, so much so that my wife called an ambulance. Weeks later when I was able to shuffle about I met Sally who literally has the magic touch. After just a few sessions I felt stronger and could start to lift things (albeit small) but nevertheless a few weeks prior I never would have dreamed of putting any pressure on my back. Week by week small things became heavier, and the shuffling turned into walking.

Thank you, Sally!

Helped with my injury and provided me with the knowledge to manage it going forward

4.5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £200

Sally made the best of a poor situation with being restricted to video calls initially. Helped by providing exercises and then offered for me to come to in-person visits when it was allowed. Overall Sally helped with my injury and provided me with the knowledge to manage it going forward.

Vastly improved now

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I have cervical spondylosis which had become a real pain in the neck for several weeks when I was able to get an appointment quickly with Sally Waters. I was pretty low and found her encouraging and supportive. The Zoom sessions were better than I anticipated. I then needed to see her in person which meant a long drive for me. The' hands-on' helped enormously and was well worth the drive, and in the lockdown, it made a lovely trip out of London.

Vastly improved now. Chose Imperial as I have worked there and know their staff are good and confirmed by my experience with Sally.

Recommend her

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I got into contact with Sally via Imperial College. I was struggling and still am rehabbing a back injury which arose during the COVID lockdown. Despite the lockdown, Sally was able to guide me through online physiotherapy sessions, diagnose the cause of my back pain, and set out a weekly plan to help rehab my injury. This plan involves stretches that target the injury as well as exercises to strengthen all the relevant core muscles. Sally is professional and explains stuff well. Recommend her.

She also guided me step by step so that I can fully return to doing gymnastics in the safest

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

My friend recommended that I see Sally after I injured my back and was experiencing pain. She has been extremely helpful in treating it as well as showing me how to manage my injury on a day to day basis. She also had a lot of advice to give on how I could modify my core workouts so that I can stay strong as much as possible without worsening my back injury. She also guided me step by step so that I can fully return to doing gymnastics in the safest possible way, which I now have. Sally is the best physiotherapist I've had the pleasure of working with and would recommend her highly to anybody who is looking for help.

I highly recommend her services

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

Sally has been helping me with various issues, and despite (due to Covid) us only being able to consult online has helped me hugely. She is skilful, knowledgeable and able to quickly identify problems and solutions. She is able to clearly explain different exercises and demonstrate them over video link, and I have seen great benefits and progress from week to week. This is combined with a patient, kind and caring demeanour. I highly recommend her services, and sure she would be even better in person when the situation allows for this!

She provided ongoing support with endless patience and was professional

4.5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

Sally expertly advised me recently with a mystery pain in my buttock/back/leg that stopped me from all my normal activities and despite only being able to assess me via Zoom, due to the virus lockdown, identified the source of the pain. She showed me how to do the necessary exercises on line too. This has been immensely helpful and is clearly working to heal the issue. She provided ongoing support with endless patience and was professional, mega helpful and charming throughout

She has helped me a great deal and is also very encouraging

4 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £50

I started to see Sally Waters, Physiotherapist at Ethos in July 2018. I was having trouble with my back and also my hips. I had seen an NHS Physio and the exercises had helped a little, but my mobility was still bad. I had also had injections at the Pain Clinic. I liked the fact that Sally was hands-on although se also gave me some exercises to do at home. I then had a bilateral hip replacement in January 2019. After my recovery, I continued seeing Sally, but now for my hips. She has helped me a great deal and is also very encouraging.
The only problem I have had is in access to the premises, as I am not a student at Imperial and I have sometimes had a problem getting in. I did get in touch with the College after I was told by one of the staff that my Physio should let me in. This was clearly ridiculous. It has now improved to some extent.

I would highly recommend Sally Waters

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I had completely broken my femur so needed rehab after an operation. The rehab ranged from very specific exercises targeting areas of muscle wastage to improve day to day mobility to more general exercises with the aim to get to the level required to play contact sports. Sally has been extremely flexible and has so always seems to fit me in when I have time off university. I would highly recommend Sally Waters.
