Bodyworks Physiotherapy Plus - Skerne Road

Kingston Health Centre, 10 Skerne Road, Kingston, KT2 5AD
The BodyWorks Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is found at Kingston in Surrey. It promises help to people struggling with various body pains and aches, through a wide variety of therapies. The therapies we are looking at here include physiotherapy, acupuncture and Pilates training. Aware that most of the pains that people seek treatment for arise out of poor working postures, the clinic offers a preventative service known as ergonomic assessment (or simply workstation assessment). This involves an objective analysis of how conducive a client’s working environment, say the office, is to their long term orthopedic health, and clinical advice on how it can be improved to prevent problems in the future.

Balance Sports Massage

95 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London, SW19 5EG
Balance Sports Massage Kingston is located within the Kingston Natural Health Centre in Kingston Upon Thames and Balance Sports Massage Wimbledon at Neal's Yard Remedies in Wimbledon Village.   About usI am a Level 5 Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist. This involves the use of massage therapy, stretching, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques to address muscular-skeletal and joint pain as well as problems with posture and movement. Massage therapy is generally well known for stress relief and relaxation. While I do provide these services, remedial therapy goes beyond that. People generally ask what the treatment entails. There is no straightforward answer. I treat clients based on results of postural and movement tests, current presenting symptoms and of course one's own subjective assessment, ie. what the client feels. A treatment will then use a combination of the above named techniques to get the best results in the long term by addressing presenting symptoms as well as their underlying causes. I also give aftercare advice to rebalance muscle function. I find this increases a client's awareness of their own body and enables them to participate in their rehabilitation. St Margarets Physiotherapy

383 St Margarets Rd, St Margarets, Twickenham, TW1 1PP
Rating from 1 Review I will certainly be back and often!Marianne, UK, 25 Apr 16

I had a Physio assessment with Julia and body treatment with Sarah. I know my anatomy and it was evident that both are very skilled practitioners, able to do real therapeutic work and not just relaxation massage- although they can certainly do that if you prefer. I will certainly be back and often! Wonderful discovery. Clean, well priced and excellent therapists!! Several treatment rooms for massage, acupuncture, ultrasound treatments and a very large and modern Pilates studio. Fully recommended!!
