Biography:
Claire has both an Undergraduate and Masters Degrees in 
Physiotherapy and has spent over 15 years practising as a 
Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. In this time she 
sat on both the ‘National Executive’ and the ‘Education and 
Training’ Committees of the Manipulation Association of 
Chartered Physiotherapists, and lectured both nationally and 
internationally on topics in musculoskeletal medicine. 
Claire has worked extensively with elite and non-elite athletes.
Working in the field of sports medicine provides Claire with 
the opportunity to see some of the finest ‘machines’ working 
above and beyond what we would normally regard as humanly 
possible. This gives Claire great insight in to what is possible 
and inspires her to challenge herself both personally and 
professionally on a daily basis.

Dr Lorenzo Masci

Biography:
After completing his orthopaedic residency and general practice 
training in Brisbane, Australia, Lorenzo moved to Melbourne to 
train as a Sports Doctor, completing this in 2006. 
Lorenzo has worked with elite teams in Rugby League, 
Australian Football and has been involved in the medical care 
of elite tennis players at the Australian Open Grand Slam in 
Melbourne, Australia since 2001. Lorenzo is has been a Team 
Doctor for Fulham Football Club and is currently Team Doctor 
for London Wasps RFC.
Lorenzo has a strong research interest, having completed a 
Masters in Sports Medicine on Stress Fractures in the Lumbar 
Spine in Young Athletes. He also works closely along side 
Professor Hakan Alfredson, world renown tendon specialist 
from Sweden, when he holds his Tendon Clinics at Pure. 
Lorenzo is on the Specialist Register and is approved under 
PMETB regulations.

Richard Skudder

Biography:
Richard gained his first degree in Osteopathy from the 
British School of Osteopathy in 2002. Following his studies, 
Richard has taught Osteopathy at both The British School of 
Osteopathy and in New Zealand. He treated a range of different 
patients while in New Zealand, from International Gymnasts to 
Rugby Players.
Richard has a particular interest in complex biomechanical 
sports injuries and neurological problems, such as headaches 

and balance issues.
