Miss Hanan Hadeed

Job Title:
  Physiotherapist
Biography:
Previously, Hanan worked as a software consultant in the city, and had suffered many years of chronic back pain and stress, as well as digestive and skin disorders. Seeking to heal herself, she spent several years visiting various medical doctors, dermatologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths; some helped, others didn’t, but in most cases the solutions were short-lived. Hanan then moved on to search for complementary solutions within the world of holistic health and exercise therapy, and began studying with the CHEK institute. It was then that she discovered for herself the healing effects of corrective exercise, appropriate nutrition, meditation and other lifestyle changes, and found them more long-lived and effective in resolving chronic health issues. Moving beyond examining illnesses, these alternative approaches also observe the individual’s entire behavioural patterns (eating, sleeping, thinking, and activity), and investigate the root causes of symptoms.
