Dr Hannah Cullen is a Chartered and HCPC-registered Doctor of Physiotherapy with over 12 years of experience in the health and rehabilitation industry. She graduated with first-class honours in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation, during which she gained valuable experience working with both professional and amateur rugby teams and presented her research in Parliament. She later advanced her clinical expertise by completing a Doctorate in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.
With a passion for teaching Pilates in both group and one-to-one settings, Hannah developed a particular interest in pelvic health physiotherapy. She now supports ante-natal and post-natal clients in maintaining strength, mobility and confidence throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey, as well as helping individuals experiencing pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Hannah has undertaken further specialist training, including becoming a Mummy MOT Practitioner. As part of the Mummy MOT Practitioner community, she participates in regular specialist workshops and continues to develop her knowledge in pelvic health. She is also a member of the POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy).
Alongside her private practice, Hannah works as a specialist mental health physiotherapist within the NHS, where she draws on her understanding of the important relationship between physical and mental health. Combining her background in sports rehabilitation, physiotherapy and movement, she is passionate about empowering people through education and helping them build confidence in their bodies.
After spending six years building a community through movement classes in Carluke and the surrounding area, Hannah welcomed her first baby girl in 2025. Her own pregnancy and postnatal experience, together with the needs she identified among her existing clients, highlighted a growing demand for accessible specialist services closer to home.
This inspired Hannah to create her dream clinic space, where she can welcome fellow therapists and bring together a range of expert services under one roof, creating a supportive environment focused on movement, rehabilitation and holistic wellbeing.
