Jess has a real passion for sport coming from a gymnastic background. Having started gymnastics at the age of 5 and has competed to a high level in British tournaments, championships and internationals (titled British Champion in 2002) up until February 2010 when she retired.

It was this love of sport, knowledge and experience of injuries that inspired her interest in sports therapy.
