I was given a very thorough and professional examination the therapist

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £45

I had problems with my knees which were causing me to be "careful" exercising. I wanted to make sure there was nothing serious going on and that I would cause no more damage skiing.
I was given a very thorough and professional examination by Sarah, and some massage, together with some exercises, which have helped considerably.

Excellent and thoroughly. Recommend.

I would happily recommended

4.8 50 Myofascial Release, Acupuncturist Consultation • Paid: £40

Myofascial Release, Accupcuncture

Stuart was great. He even called me on a Sunday to talk through my injury and immediately put my mind at ease. When I saw him he was lovely and patient and I really felt like he listened to me and all the seemingly unrelated symptoms and asked me loads of questions before he gave me the diagnosis. He performed some myofacial release therapy, did some acupuncture and told me what movements would help to heal and strengthen and some great pointers on my posture and also my yoga practice. I even got a free gift! I would happily recommended him if you have an injury and are looking for an effective down to earth approach to healing.

Biography:

She qualified with a degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University, and became a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist in 2005.

Sarah has always had a passion for understanding how the body works and functions. This interest stemmed from her love of sport, and she was successful herself in both netball and hockey where she represented her county and the West of England.

Sarah was inspired by the Physiotherapists treatment and prevention of injuries within her teams, and hence was spurred on to offer the same skills to the public by studying Physiotherapy at University.

Sarah began her Physiotherapy career in 2005, and has worked across public and private sectors of Physiotherapy.

She has strong experience in treating sporting injuries, post-operative Orthopaedic injury management, and dealing with musculoskeletal pain. Sarah has spent time working in a sports clinic in New Zealand, and enjoyed working with both acute and chronic injuries of many of the New Zealand Team Winter Games competitors.

Daily she assists in the education and management of pain, ensuring restoration of movement and helping people back to their normal lifestyle.
