Sundial Clinics is an established facility that provides excellent care to all. Conditions treated here are back pain, poor posture, prolapsed disc, shoulder pain and other problems, like frozen shoulder and arthritis pain, knee pain, neck pain, whiplash, spots injuries like hamstring strains, calf strains, Achilles tendon injuries, lower back pain, tennis elbow, tendonitis, headaches and migraines, osteoarthritis and RSI. Treatments available are chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropody and podiatry, pilates, yoga, medical screening and laser therapy. The facility is conveniently located, is accessible by bus and has ample car parking spaces.

We specialise in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, but also treat many other problems including  pain syndromes, ageing related problems, women's health problems, sports performance and work related injuries. We also have a massage therapist and work from our clinic in Wadhurst and Crowborough. Our main goal with every patient we see is to get an accurate diagnosis; this is the basis for successful treatment. Then we discuss with you the mechanics of your problem, why you've got it, what can be done, and a timeline for your diagnosis. We work closely together with GP's and specialists, and have access to more specific tests i.e. MRI scans.

We are located at the Natural Fitness Centre on the beautiful Eastbourne seafront.
