Having qualified in Sports Therapy in 2004 Jamie has gone onto to do countless hours of research into the latest innovations in Biomechanics and Pain Management. He is particularly interested in the role to mind to assist in giving all his clients a complete and long lasting recovery from the most severe of acute injuries through to the most painful and irritating long standing issues. John holds a 1st Class Sports Therapy degree from one of the leading Sports Therapy courses in the UK from the University of Worcester. John has a passion for cricket and is himself a good quality fast bowler. His passion led him to becoming part of the Physio team at Worcester County Cricket Team before moving back to Brighton. This exposure to elite sport means that John has great experience in dealing with the worst injuries that sport or life can throw at you.
A keen footballer, John recently switched codes to Rugby for a much sought after placement with the Hong Kong rugby team. Further exposing him to the demands of injury prevention and treatment in top level sport. John has a particular interest in shoulder injuries, having had to rehab a recent shoulder problem of his own. He also gets very excited about knee and ankle problems!
