Career: Toby cut his professional teeth in Iceland, working alongside Ossur Kristinsson, one of the major innovators within the field of prosthetics. He has practised prosthetics in the UK since 1989 both within the NHS and in private practice and taken a particular interest in prosthetic socket design during his career. He has extensive experience of providing expert witness services for the court, receiving frequent instructions from claimant and defendants as well as joint instructions. Qualifications: Toby qualified as a Prosthetist/Orthotist at the School of Health Sciences, Jonkoping University, Sweden in 1987. He is registered with the Health Professions Council, a legal requirement to practice in the UK. Memberships: Toby is also a member of ISPO (International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics), BAPO (British Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics).
