Allison studied at Huddersfield University for her degree in Physiotherapy. Qualifying and working within the NHS sector for two years on general rotations and then specialising in Outpatient Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy.
Allison continued to work part time in the NHS and part time in private practice before taking over as proprietor of The Coverley Clinic in September 2005, having worked with the previous owner for three years.
In December 2007 Allison expanded the practice into Ryley Mount Consulting rooms (Hazel Grove), practising there on Mondays and Thursdays. From August 2009 Allison started the third clinic in Glossop.
Continuing her education in the ever-changing field of physiotherapy, Allison regulary attends post graduate courses on relevant topics, recent courses having included acupuncture, sacro-iliac (pelvic) dysfunctions, and biomechanics.
Jill graduated from Manchester University in 1997 with an honours degree in physiotherapy.
In 2004 Jill joined Greater Manchester Police as a Neuromusculoskeletal Extended Scope Physiotherapist, and in 2007 was appointed manager of the Physiotherapy service. The role includes sports injuries as well as work-related injuries, occupational health and ergonomic workplace assessment. She maintains her professional development by regular attendance of post-graduate courses.
