Jenny Wilson graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy and followed her passion straight into private practice. Since graduating Jenny has always worked in elite sport and holds a keen interest in treating sporting injuries whilst devising effective strength and conditioning programmes. Jenny specialises in manual therapy and effectively uses treatment techniques including deep soft tissue massage, joint manipulations, trigger point release and acupuncture. She is also furthering her clinical skill set by studying her MSc in Physiotherapy on a part time basis at the University of Hertfordshire. Jenny is passionate about fixing the core of the problem as opposed to just treating the symptoms and believes that working with the patient is key to achieving their goals.
