"The therapist worked in a methodical way and I felt so relieved that he understood my concerns"
5 50Reviewed 18 Sep 2018 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Physiotherapist Consultation
I was suffering from a swollen knee and back pain for 2 months. On examination, Neil Minter diagnosed a possible torn cartilage and referred pain to the sciatic nerve in the hip area. Neil addressed the fluid around my knee joint with heat treatment and massage. Neil then manipulated the hip area and full leg as I was suffering tingling sensations. I was given exercises which were fully demonstrated. I was given a sheet with the full explanation and timings of the exercises to take home.

I would recommend Neil to my friends and felt it was good value.

Neil was very professional while putting me completely at ease. Neil was able to pinpoint the areas and tell me what was happening to my knee and back. Neil worked in a methodical way and I felt so relieved that he understood my concerns.

I attended two more visits and was really satisfied with my results. I felt that Neil was very fair in discussing the need to keep going to appointments, bearing in mind I was paying privately. It was concluded that I keep on with the exercise at home and to make an appointment myself if I had any more problems.

I would definitely give Neil a five-star rating and return to him if the need arises.
