Sekhar graduated with Bachelor of physiotherapy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore, India in 2004 and finished his Master degree in physiotherapy from Sheffield in 2007. After graduating he worked in multi specialty hospitals and gained knowledge in various Musculoskeletal Orthopedic and Trauma cases. Sekhar has strong manual therapy base includes trigger point release, joint mobilization, neural mobilization and expert exercise prescription. He combines his clinical skills with patient empowerment by engaging them in understanding the issues around the problem. Sekhar works as an extended scope practitioner in NHS and is undertaking his diploma in injection therapy. He has gained his knowledge while working invarious NHS settings in Essex and London.

MSc, MAACP , MCSP. Specialties: Spine, Shoulder and Sports Injuries. Adnan has graduated from School of Physiotherapy, Mayo Hospital Lahore, Kind Edward Medical University , Pakistan in 2003. After graduating as a physiotherapist, Adnan has completed his Masters in musculoskeletal rehabilitation in 2008 from Oxford and worked in NHS in various hospitals. Adnan is certified acupuncturist and has completed courses in Orthopedic Medicine from Society of Orthopedic Medicine, intra-articular & soft tissue injections(University of Essex) and kinetic control (Keele University). He has maintained a high standard of professional development by attending numerous seminars and conferences in relation to clinical practice and treatment methods in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and specializes in manual therapy and movement impairment. Currently Adnan is working as extended scope practitioner in NHS.

Mr Benoy Mathew

Job Title:
Specialties: Lower Limb, knee , Hip and Groin. Ben qualified as a physiotherapist in 1998 and currently works as an extended scope practitioner in the NHS. Clinically, he specialises in the management of difficult musculoskeletal and sports injuries with a particular focus on overuse hip and knee injuries. He is also involved in training and designing screening programmes for various client groups in private practice.
