I work as an engineer in Germany and frequently travel to Istanbul for business. Two years ago, I visited Ulus Physiotherapy with a herniated disc and sciatic pain. At the time, my condition was quite severe—even sitting was difficult. After just a few sessions, my pain had noticeably decreased. Before I returned to Germany, they prepared a personalised home exercise program for me.
